About Pavel
Pavel Sisak was born and raised in Slovakia has competed at the International level alongside current NHL players. Pavel worked with young hockey players on individual and team basis in Slovakia before coming to the United States, for the last 10 years, coaching in Southern California where he built a winning youth hockey program that advances players to the next level. Pavel has guided his AA Riptide teams to appearances at three straight USA Hockey National Championships where he was able
to take home a well earned banner for 3rd place in 2013.
Last 4 seasons he has been coaching for Valencia Jr. Flyers where he has been building successful Tier 2 hockey program. Head coach of 16AA (season 17-18) took his team to CAHA State Championship game where they earned second place. Last season coached one of the top AA teams in Peewee and Bantam division.
Playing Experience
The highest level leagues and pro hockey in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Finland - member of Junior National team of Slovak Republic.
Education
Attended Charles University in Prague majoring in Sports Science and Physical Therapy, where he earned several certificates in this area.
Coaching Experience
Pavel says, “I have played ice hockey all of my life and have a passion for teaching, conditioning and sports in general. I was fortunate to have worked with hockey players from both the Junior and Men‘s National Teams on the ice and off the ice.“
Personal Message From Pavel
For your time in youth ice hockey, I would like to give you something for life, besides the fun of learning the game of hockey and developing your hockey skills, becoming better athlete. I believe that giving a player a place in our program is giving great discipline, work ethic and challenge them daily.
