About Coach Dylan
After playing hockey for 12 years, I transitioned into coaching at 18 years old. Teaching the game has always been a passion of mine, even when I was still a player. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to coach at many different levels, including Tier III Junior A, Bantam club hockey, high school hockey, and individual skill development.
I love watching each player grow and develop because every athlete’s journey is different. I never take a moment on the ice for granted and truly enjoy every second I get to be part of this game.
Coaching Philosophy
My mission as a coach is to develop each player individually, both in skill and hockey IQ, while reinforcing strong team values. I emphasize hard work, discipline, and responsibility in everything we do. My goal is to give players the knowledge and guidance they need to reach their full potential before advancing to the next level.
Coaching, to me, is about helping players achieve their goals, mentoring them along the way, building meaningful relationships, and always keeping the game fun.
