Taylor Hickman

I'm a Southern California–born player and coach who brings professional and international playing experience to the SC Flyers. A native of Santa Clarita, I advanced through the junior ranks before continuing my career overseas, most recently competing in Croatia with KHL Sisak.

My career has taken me across multiple levels of junior and professional hockey in both North America and Europe, giving me a broad perspective on playing styles, systems, and the level of commitment required to compete at higher levels. I use that experience to help players understand how to adapt and elevate their game. As a coach, I emphasize hockey IQ, adaptability, and competing with purpose. I'm committed to helping players build strong fundamentals while developing the habits and mindset needed for long-term success.

I'll serve as an assistant coach for the 10UA, 14UAA, and 14A teams, working alongside Coach Joe Hebert and Coach Pavel Sisak. In this role, I focus on developing players at key stages of their growth and helping them build a strong foundation for advancement within the game.
