Coaching Philosophy
I have a deep passion and understanding for the game, especially the goaltender position. I’ve shifted my focus to coaching and helping hard-working goaltenders continue developing their skills and love for the sport. Throughout my time as a coach, I’ve worked with goalies of all ages and always emphasize having fun along with the hard work that comes with the position. My goal is to continue developing goalies who bring both passion and an undeniable work ethic to the position and the sport.
reasons for Coaching
I grew up playing youth hockey in Southern California and quickly fell in love with the game. Most of my time was spent either at the rink or glued to the television watching hockey. I progressed from in-house leagues to travel and tier hockey, and eventually played college hockey at California State University, Northridge. During my time there, our team won three consecutive league championships and advanced to the regional stage.
