About Coach Tate
I’ve been playing hockey since the 8U level and developed through this organization, which makes it especially meaningful to now be back in a leadership role within the program. I played up to the Junior A level, gaining a strong understanding of the game and what it takes to build a solid foundation for long-term development.
As a coach, I focus on creating a positive, high-energy environment where players are excited to come to the rink and motivated to improve. I believe the best development happens when players are having fun while also being challenged, so practices are designed to be both engaging and purposeful.
My goal is to help every player develop their skills, compete level, and mindset. Building a culture that players are excited to be a part of every time they step on the ice is of strong importance to me.
