News Letter 11/12/2020
Flyers, good morning.
Last night was the SCAHA monthly board meeting. It has now been decided that no tryouts will be held for the 2020-2021 season. An official announcement will be made by SCAHA.
So I do not confuse their message I will not go into details. Details should be posted today on the SCAHA website today. www.scaha.com
If at some point the Covid situation allows for a season, teams will form rosters from known players and begin play.
Where does that leave us?
We will begin with tournament teams. These teams will play out of state in USA Hockey sanctioned tournaments. I believe the next tournament would be MLK weekend in Phoenix and then Presidents Day.
If you are not comfortable playing at this time you will not be left out. Each family has to make their own decision and will not be pushed aside because they choose not to play out of state. At the same time we want to facilitate those families looking for playing opportunities.
So, if you plan on playing for the Flyers in the upcoming season or you would like to play in out of state tournaments with the Flyers please register using the link below. You will need your players USA Hockey number. This is a nonbinding registration. If the season were to be played we would send out contracts at that time. There is no cost to register.
(Midget AA players you may have already registered for Thanksgiving. If so no need to register again.)
